Efficient Hydraulic Piling Rig with Static Function with Customizable 

As a construction method different from the diesel hammer or hydraulic hammer, the hydraulic static pile driver is a new type of environmentally pile foundation equipment. No noise, no vibration, and no pollution, especially good for urban foundation construction. The hydraulic system is driven by the motor to realize the pile pressing. All kinds of cement piles are applicable. Such as pipe piles, square piles, triangle piles, sheet piles, H-pile, T-pile, etc. The pushing capacity is from 60 tons to 1200 tons .

ZYC series of the HSPD ranges from 60 to 1260 tons that can suit different foundation conditions and customers; meanwhile, we can provide special design for customer's requirement.

Main Products Features

Forged Material: All roller wheels and clamping jaws are forged which be more wear - resistant compared with casting steel.

Eccentric Wheel Design:  The guide wheel of the clamping box is designed with an eccentric wheel, which can adjust the gap to ensure the verticality of the pile.

Inverted Cylinders: Inverted cylinders as a supporting leg which allow it to withstand greater radial forces and greatly increase cylinder

Six - Cylinder Piling: T - WORKS large - tonnage machine adopts six piling cylinders, which will accelerate the construction speed and improve machine's efficiency.

Reasonable Counterweight: The counterweight design under the crane makes the weight distribution more reasonable and maximizes the pile force.

Optimized Boom Length : The overall design of the crane is more reasonable, with longer main boom and higher strength.

Q3: How about the lead time and payment terms?
A: Normally it is 30days after deposit is received if there is no special require-ments. Both T/T and L/C as payment terms are ok for us.

A: We will send engineer to assemble the machine and train the operators andmaintenance .1 year warranty for machine structure and 6months for mainspare parts, but lifelong after-sale service provided.
