1. What is the machine doing?
Our hydraulic static pile driver is used to jack in pile driving for phc pile foundation or jobs by the weight itself, ex: The model is ZYC120, the total weight will be 120ton, the force on the pile is 1200KN when jacking-in the pile. It can drive any shape of PHC piles without noise and vibration, so do steel tube,triangle pile,sheet pile and so on. the pile size is from 150mm to 1000mm.

It is very good for coastline cities for civil construction jobsite. maybe you are very tired with the complaint from the government and citizens about the noise or pollution or vibration that the hammers make,but this static pile driver can solve all the problems you faced now. 3. How does it works and move?
The hydraulic static pile driver press the pile by embracing clamping box controled by hydraulic system speedly. The working effcienry can reach up to 600meters per day. Movement mechanism is also controled by hydraulic system called short boat and long boat as step walking, very stable,hard to sink to the ground.

Attachable side & corner piling mechanism what can be dismantled, 3 clamping cylinders for side pile.;
Separately clamping box and clamping cylinders, 4 clamping cylinders for center pile;
Expansible supporting leg, solid structure, high reliability;
This type of jack-in machine can be loading and off loading by itsself, there is no need to dismantle the movement mechanism during transportation.
