Bored pile drilling rig is new generation of multi-functional piling machinery, which are mainly big model that can drill hole specified with diameter of 1000mm and work with Auger pile.There are 8 types to meet the needs of the customers.

1. What is the machine doing?
our static pile driver is used to do piling jobs. it can press any shape of concrete pile,like steel tube,triangle pile,sheet pile and so on. the pile size is from 150mm to 1000mm.

it is very good for coastline cities for civil construction jobsite. maybe you are very tired with the complaint from the government and citizens about the noise and pollution that the hammer made,this static pile driver can solve all the problems you faced now. static pile driver features with no noise,no pollution,controled by hydraulic system. very suitable to do piling in cities.
3. How does it works and move?
the static pile driver press the pile by embracing clamping box controled by hydraulic system speedly.it can press 600meters per day. movement mechanism is also controled by hydraulic system called short boat and long boat,very stable,hard to sink to the ground.

5.Suitable conditions: clay,soft soil,sand layer etc; noise regulated urban area; vibration regulated areas,such as near old buildings,precision instrument buildings,subway,overpass and so on.Meanwhile,we can provise special design for customer's requirements.

1) Minimum order: 1 unit.
2) Valid period: 15days.
3) Package: Nude package.
4) Payment: 30% of total contract price by TT as deposit, balance amount of total contract price by TT upon inspection before delivery to China sea port for export.
5) Delivery: Approximated 20 days ready for inspection at China factory from the day of receiving the deposit in full amount.

♣ We guarantee to keep our Main Machine in good repair for 1 year after sale and 6 months for accessories. In the guarantee time, any quality problem caused by manufacturing after confirmation of us shall be repaired for free; Exceed the guarantee time, we can also supply repair services to our products charged for repair cost only.

Q: What does the hydraulic static pile driver used for?
A: The hydraulic static pile driver is used for jacking in the precast cast concrete pile. Any shape is ok, like square pile, round pile, triangle pile, tubes,H-pile and so on. It is no noise, no pollution, no vibration during working. It is static pile driving type for piling .
Q: How about the lead time and payment terms?
A: Normally it is 30days after deposit is received if there is no special requirements. Both T/T and L/C as payment terms are ok for us.
Q: How about after sale service and warranty of machine
A: We will send engineer to assemble the machine and train the operators and maintenance . 1 year warranty for machine structure and 6months for main spare parts, but lifelong after-sale service provided.
